Expertise
Philosophy of treatment

Pain is not just about injury — it’s shaped by body, mind, and life experiences. My role is to empower you to take charge of your healing.”

'I specialize in physical rehabilitation with a focus on orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy. My passion lies in integrating the nervous system’s role in healing neuromuscular conditions, helping patients reconnect with their bodies through targeted movement and awareness. I also have advanced training in vestibular physiotherapy, where I treat dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders using customized exercise programs. My clinical experience spans a wide range of post-operative rehabilitation, including knees, hips, and complex fractures, as well as cardio-respiratory rehab to support recovery and improve endurance.

My treatment philosophy is rooted in empowerment. I believe in guiding individuals to take ownership of their healing journey by helping them understand their bodies and move with intention.

Having lived in multiple countries and immersed myself in different cultures, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how pain is perceived and expressed. I’ve seen firsthand how belief systems, childhood experiences, personality traits, and social norms shape one’s relationship with pain. This perspective has profoundly influenced my approach to rehabilitation—I no longer focus solely on the body part causing pain, but on the person experiencing it. '
